This $ 5,000,000.00 contract combined caisson installation, retaining wall post installation and pressure grouting. COOK performed these operations turnkey, without the use of any lower tier subcontractors.

COOK advanced over 4,000 feet of 24" to 48" diameter caissons for a building foundation, 3,100 feet of 42" diameter post holes for a retaining wall, 2,800 grout holes and placed over 73,000 cubic feet of grout as part of this project. The work on the retaining wall and grouting program required the penetration of large nested granite blocks in the over burden. Due to site constraints COOK utilized its Taurus XLT drill rig to set the 40" wide, 50 foot long, steel I-beams in the deepest post holes.
